Prosperity Notary Services was originally established in 2019 to provide professional mobile notary services to individuals, families, and businesses in Tampa, Florida and surrounding cities. Services provided include in-person services as well as remote online services. To ensure all notary needs are met, services will be provided 365 days a year including evening hour availability on select days.

Specialty Services
Wedding Services*, Adoption, Divorce, Opening and inventory of safe deposit box, Power of Attorney, and Full Service Loan Signing

Each signature notarized: $10
Handling legal document(s): $30-$50
Wedding Officiant: $30-$50
Full Service Loan Signing: $150-$200
After hours/Holiday fee: + $15
Mileage: .5-5miles ($+10), 5-10 miles (+$20), 10-45miles (+$40)
